YOUNG CHILDREN
BIRTH TO 5 YEARS OF AGE
The ASQ and ASQ-SE are used to assess and screen children for developmental delays. We assess and provide treatment for several issues related to young children such as attachment, bonding, emotional regulation, and separation anxiety.
ELEMENTARY AGES
6 YEARS TO 12 YEARS
Services include assessment and therapy to address issues affecting elementary age children such as ADHD, Divorce, Anxiety, School issues, Boundaries, Trauma and many more!
TEENS
Services include therapy to address issues related to defiance, independence, ADHD, self harm, mood instability, depression, anxiety, peer pressure, and much more!
ADULTS
Services for adults include individual, group, and family therapy. Issues addressed include depression, anxiety, grief, parenting issues, and stress.
SUPERVISION
Christy is able to provide supervision for KY LCSW and those pursuing Registered Play Therapy Credentials.
New Credentials for treating Autism Spectrum Disorders!
Safari Kidz Kounseling is proud to announce new services available for the treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorders. Christy has recently obtained the AutPlay Level II Certification specific to play therapy with Autism Spectrum disorders and has obtained the Certified Autism Specialist Credentials.
Christy has recently received training through the Integrated Listening Systems and is now an approved provider of ILS services in the office and for home use supervision. Check out the ILS website via the link below to find out more about Integrated Listening Systems!
